She was predeceased by: her parents, Claudette W. Brown and William A. Johnson; her husband Clifton E. Burford, Sr. (Maggie); and her brother Anthony Tucker. She is survived by: her children, Latrinda A. Burford, Clifton "Boy Boy" Burford (Amber), Keith Franklin (Sara) and Kathy Franklin Robinson (Thomas); her godchildren, Terrence and Ashley Harmon; her siblings, Venice Watkins, Wanda Wilson, Keicia Johnson, Tonya Johnson, Phyllis Fuqua, Mary Woody, Cynthia Ross (Elmon), Sharon Jones, Tony Watkins, Quinton Johnson, Kenneth Mays, Dr. M. D. Mays (Florence) and Granville "Panny" Mays; her cousins, Constance Coles and Jennifer Brown; and her close friend Celestine Burks (Gale Rose). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
