She is survived by: her grandchildren, Tony Puckett (Amber), Jessica Puckett (Dylan) and Brittany Amos (Matthew); her great grandchildren, Lauren, Charlotte and Denver; her daughter-in-law Melynda Cassidy; her sisters, Etna Louise Cole and Doris Phelps; and her sister-in-law Geraldine Mays. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
