She was predeceased by: her parents, Loyd Driskill and Rachel Driskill. She is survived by: her husband Linwood "Jimmy" Blunt; her daughters, Susan Blunt, Robbie Arthur (Derrick), Kay Collie (Tim), Dana Andrews and Janice Tweedy (Romain); her grandchildren, Shaman (Nastasha), Kari (Chris), Lori, Will, Christine (Brandon), Nathan and Bridget; her brother-in-law David (Patricia); and her niece Sara. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Whitten Timberlake Chapel (7404 Timberlake Rd, Lynchburg, VA 24502). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Fort Hill Memorial Park (5196 Fort Ave, Lynchburg, VA 24502).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests any memorial contributions be made to Gentle Shepherd Hospice, 6045 Peters Creek Rd, Roanoke VA 24019, or to a charity of your choice.
