He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thomas McBride and Ruby Rhodes McBride; and his sister Lila Dawson. He is survived by: his wife Gloria McBride; his sons, Tommy McBride (Jennifer) and Jon McBride (Cami); and his granddaughters, Katie Ruberg (Michael), Lauren Hudson (Dylan), Claire Sareyka (Luke) and Ella McBride (Jackson Marton).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Whitten Monelison Chapel (3966 S Amherst Hwy, Madison Heights, VA 24572). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
