She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest Edward Nuckols and Lillian Hartless Nuckols; and her siblings, Joe Nuckols, Wallace Nuckols and Betty Cooper Enochs.
She is survived by: her sons, Scott Arthur (Stephanie) and Shawn Arthur (Tracy); her grandchildren, Britney Arthur, Tyler Arthur, Taylor White, Jessica Wilson and Zachary Arthur; and her close friend Doug Farris. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Fort Hill Memorial Park (5196 Fort Ave, Lynchburg, VA 24502).
