He was predeceased by: his parents, Hampton W. Campbell and Doris C. Campbell; and his brother Glen Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Beverly K. Campbell; his children, Amy D. Campbell, Kate C. McPhatter (Chet) and Robert Bruce Campbell (Betsy); his grandchildren, Emma, Claire, Chase McPhatter and Adelaide Campbell; his sister Joan C. Steele; and his siblings-in-law, Bob Keith and Rita Jefferson. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
