He was predeceased by: his parents, Welby S. Bailey, Sr. and Lillian R. Kerns; and his brother Brian Kerns. He is survived by: his siblings, Nanci Woody of Lynchburg, Joanne Bailey of Madison Heights, Virginia and Bill Bailey (April) of Amherst, Virginia; and his nieces and nephews, Chip Woody (Audelee), Michael Roberts (Mehgan), Brandon Terry (Lauren), Joshua Bailey (Susan), Caleb Bailey, Tracy Coleman (Eric) and Gwen Woody (Joe).
