He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Hamilton Puckette; his children, James Alvin Puckette (Nancy) of Pleasant Valley, NY, Linda Puckette Hilleary of Chandler and Susan Puckette Hagreen (Mark Hagreen) of Carnation, Washington; his grandchildren, Nicole Puckette, Annalise Puckette Capano (Craig), Sara Hilleary Tannahill (Mike), Travis Hilleary, Ryan Hagreen (Taylor) and Timothy Hagreen (Linda); and his great grandchildren, Gianni James Capano, Fabio Foss Capano and Lily Anne Hagreen.
