He is survived by: his wife Sybil Fariss Howard Nicely; his son Peter "Pete" Randall Nicely; his stepchildren, Jackie Howard (Tina) and Mary Ford; his grandchildren, Amanda Lindsey Lawrence (Kevin), Daisy Howard, Isaac Howard, Joshua Howard, Logan Howard, Cody Howard and Brandon Ford; his great grandchild Landon Lawrence; and his daughter-in-law Amy Howard.
