He is survived by: his son Charles Elders, III (Terry) of Alabama; his siblings, Grace Elders Matthews of North Charleston, SC, Susie Waddell (Jim), Margaret Rodgers, Sherry Jackson, Jimmy Elders (Pat) and Randy Elders (Jo-Ellen); his grandchildren, Anthony Elders, Wayne Elders, Joy Tyree (Will) and Rebecca Nicks; and his great grandchildren, Ian, Nathaniel, Allie, Anderson and Alex. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
