He is survived by: his children, Charles Michael "Mike" Lowry (Natashia) of Forest, Mark Alan Lowry of Houston, TX and Melissa L. Carter (Steve Kramer) of Forest; his siblings, Glenn Lowry (Joyce), Rev. Kenneth Lowry (Deany), Elaine McMullen and Linda Kleeman (Louis); his grandchildren, Christopher Lowry, Courtney L. Tate (Josh), Chad Lowry, Chelsea L. Scheetz (Nick), Zac Carter (Lilly) and Katelyn Carter; his great grandchild Sullivan Carter; and his sister-in-law Patricia Lowry. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and other extended family.
