He was predeceased by: his father Edmund Francis Cass, Jr.; and his brother Edmund Francis Cass III. He is survived by: his mother Sarah Bernedette "Sally" Kovach Cass; his sisters, Donna C. White (Will) and Susan M. Koors (Joseph); and his sister-in-law Susan M. Cass. He is also survived by one nephew; several nieces; and a host of cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lynchburg Humane Society.
