With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clifton Wade of Lynchburg, Virginia, who passed away on September 22, 2025 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen King Wade Sr. and Fannie Cyrus Wade; and his sister Linda. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Wade; his children, Kerri Cash (Barry), Clifton Wade (Nikki), Blake Wade and Jason Wade; his granddaughter Sienna Wade; and his siblings, Rodger Wade (Judy), Rena Mae Tomlin, Cathy Hall (David), Steve Wade and Allen King Wade Jr. (Linda). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Tharp Funeral Home (220 Breezewood Dr, Lynchburg, VA 24502).
