She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Oat Woody and Pearle Barbour Woody; her siblings, Emma Helen Lipps, Allen Oat Woody Jr., Oliver Sands Woody and Jo Woody Shaw; her nephews, Allen Oat Woody III and Oliver Sands Woody, Jr.; and her niece Cynthia Lynn Woody Morgan.
She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Jo "Jody" Bartlett; her brother Andrew "Buck" Woody; her grandchildren, Julia Aisquith Bartlett and Isaiah Woody Bartlett; her niece Andrea Isaacs Woody; her nephew Andrew Barbour Woody Jr.; and her family Christine Atcherson.
Memorial contributions, in lieu of flowers, can be made to the Educational Endowment Fund of the Lynchburg Women's Club providing collegiate scholarships for worthy high school seniors who might otherwise be unable to attend college, and can be mailed to "E.E.F.", Sally Reynolds, 1226 Glenbrook Drive, Lynchburg, VA, 24503.
