We bid farewell to Daniel Ashwell Jr. of Lynchburg, Virginia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 22, 2025 at the age of 55. Daniel touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his uncle Wesley T. May Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Peggy; his brother David Ashwell (Lori); his sibling's children, Logan, Luke and Taylor; his uncle Douglas Ashwell of Roanoke; his aunts, Stacy Sahli of Florida and Jean May; and his cousins, Wesley May and Janice Claybrook (Nick).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Service and Crematory (427 Graves Mill Rd, Lynchburg, VA 24502). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Heritage Funeral Service (427 Graves Mill Rd, Lynchburg, VA 24502).
