He is survived by: his siblings, Barry Hunter (Bev) of Virginia Beach and Diane Hunter Clark (Bob) of Mexico; his children, Quentin Hunter (Rachel) of Haughton, LA, A. Cole Hunter (Anna) of Kernersville, NC and Brandy Hunter-Biehl (Sean) of Rocky Mount, NC.; his grandchildren, Jessica Britt, Chelsea Britt Whitehurst (Adam), Krista Hunter, Cameron Hunter, Hannah Hunter Russell (Nathan), Adam Hunter and Samuel Biehl; and his great grandchildren, Kalani Britt and Liam Cox.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Centra's Rosemary and George Dawson Inn in Bruce Hunter's memory.
