He is survived by: his sons, Steven Donigan of Lynchburg, VA and Michael Donigan of Lynchburg, VA; his siblings, Deborah A. Moore (Charles) of Madison Heights, VA and Alfred Donigan of Bedford, VA; and his friend Melissa Smith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
