He is survived by: his siblings, Susan Jackson, Sarah Wood of Lynchburg, Jack Sutor of Hanover County and Timothy Sutor of Lynchburg; his close friend Brenda McFarland of Los Angeles; his siblings' children, Piper Tallent (Ryan) of Wilmington, NC, Alex Jackson (Michelle) of Lynchburg, Barrett Jackson of Vero Beach, FL and Robert Tweed Wood (Stephanie) of Evergreen, CO; his uncle Richard Payne of Jupiter, FL; and his great-nieces, Claire Jackson and Maeve Wood.
Memorial gifts in lieu of flowers may be given in David's honor to St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 605 Clay Street, Lynchburg, VA 24504.
