He is survived by: his daughter Trinity Hendricks; his parents, Henry Hendricks and Ruth Hendricks; his brother Jimmy Hendricks; and his nephew Lance Hendricks. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Lynchburg Out of the Darkness Walk in Derick's memory.
