She was predeceased by: her daughter Karen Amelia Bowers. She is survived by: her husband Fred Gallagher; her sons, Kirk, Rodney and Tate; her daughter-in-law Trish Gallagher; her grandchildren, Mary Hannah Bowers, Annastin Bowers, Baker Gallagher, Madison Gallagher, Mason Gallagher, Matthew Gallagher and Alli Gallagher; and her siblings, Mary Jane Long, Fred Baker (Peggy), Nancy Long (Phil) and Carter Baker (Beverly).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Doris' church during her youth and where she was married, State Street Methodist Church, 650 Valley Dive, Bristol, VA, 24201.
