She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett W. Smoot and Elizabeth T. Smoot; her husband Ralph W. Smith, Sr.; and her son Neal T. Smith. She is survived by: her sons, Ralph W. Smith, Jr. (Unchu), Emmett L. Smith (Diane) and William C. Smith (Linda); her grandsons, Ted George (Patty), James George, Samuel Smith (Kerri) and Trevor Smith; her great grandchildren, Tyler Sprigg, Sydney George and Rhyatt Smith; and her cousin Bob Rosser (Robin).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Animal Adventure Park, 1250 Front Street #219, Binghamton, NY 13901.
