He is survived by: his wife Wanda Martin Sandvig; his daughter Dana Skirvin (John) of Rustburg; his siblings, Cynthia Horton (John) of Appomattox, Jessica Coada of Colfax, WI and Gregory Sandvig (Carol) of Appomattox, VA; and his grandchildren, Dylan River Skirvin and Chasin Rider Skirvin.
