She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Glenwood Mason; her parents, Carlton Herbert Daniel and Frances Plymale Daniel; and her siblings, Frances Dickerson, Lois Brookman, Irene Torrence and Carlton Daniel.
She is survived by: her children, Anne Laird (Del) of Lynchburg, John Mason of Concord, David Mason (Linda) of Rustburg and Carol Clemenson (Greg) of Forest. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and nineteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Tharp Funeral Home & Crematory (220 Breezewood Dr, Lynchburg, VA 24502). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
