He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Arnold and Antoinette Arnold; and his nephew Kevin Smith. He is survived by: his wife Florence Arnold; his son Fordys W. Arnold, Jr. (Jennifer); his grandsons, Zackary and Ryan Arnold; and his cousins, Deborah Campos (Virgil) and Nancy Smith.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Service and Crematory (427 Graves Mill Rd, Lynchburg, VA 24502). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chapel of Heritage Funeral Service (427 Graves Mill Rd, Lynchburg, VA 24502).
