She was predeceased by: her parents, William Clement Cheatwood and Eleanor Cox Cheatwood Hensley; and her husband William Clyde Lester of Forest. She is survived by: her son Gregory D. Lester (Sharon) of Forest; her grandsons, Deron Lester of Forest and Nathan Lester of Forest; her great grandchild Alice Lester of Forest; and her close friend Cora Brown of Altavista.
