He is survived by: his mother Shirley Ann Bryant Nance of Florida; his former wife Vicki Harris; his children, Michael Nance (Cybil) of Rustburg, VA, Jason Nance of Lynchburg, VA and Megan Hendricks of Evington, VA; his sisters, Susan Nance of Florida, Gail Hicks (Carl) of Woodbridge, VA and Barbara Brown (Tom) of Concord, VA; and his grandchildren, Carter Nance, Kaylee Nance, Macie Nance, Alaina Hendricks and Jaxson Nance.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Diuguid Waterlick Chapel (21914 Timberlake Rd, Lynchburg, VA 24502).
