He was predeceased by: his father Jeffrey Miller; and his grandfather Tommy Simmons. He is survived by: his mother Tonya Bernard; his sisters, Hannah Thomas and Abby Bernard; and his grandmothers, Suzie Simmons and Judy Miller. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
