He is survived by: his wife Brenda Herndon Morton; his children, Kevin Toliver, Keith Morton and Kayren Morton; his grandchildren, Alexus, Jonae, Sayvion, Kevin, Kelli, Kassidy, Kayla, Haylee, Charlee, Myles, Kolin, Kile and Karter; his great grandchildren, Alandre "Rambo", Alex, Krystianna "Kitty Cat", Kay'Lani "Curly", Kai, Koa, Cree, Kennedy and Declan; his sisters, Augusta Foster and Sharon Brown Allen; and his siblings-in-law, Amy McDaniel, Reba Herndon, Kelsy Herndon and Alvin Herndon. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family members and numerous friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Cross Road Baptist Church (191 Cross Roads Ln, Evington, VA 24550). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
