He was predeceased by: his brother Jimmy Manley. He is survived by: his children, Tabatha Manley, Ashley Manley, Christopher Manley, Robert Manley and Alivia Manley; his grandchildren, Scarlett Jackson, Julian Jackson and Malaya Jackson; and his sister Betty Vance. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
