He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara W. Crouch. He is survived by: his son Harold "Tom" Crouch, Jr. (Tomacine); his grandson Zachary T. Crouch (Becca Anne); and his great grandchildren, Nate and Maddy. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family would ask for memorial contributions to be made to the Lynchburg Humane Society.
