He was predeceased by: his wife Stephanie Lee Brooks Peak; his parents, Robert Lawrence Peak and Bernice Puckett Peak; his siblings, Robert, Billy, Geraldine and Marguerite; and his granddaughter Dawn Peak Mills.

He is survived by: his children, Donna Peak Tucker (Charlie) of Forest, Glen Peak (Angie) of Bedford, Lawrence Alan Peak of Lynchburg and Kenneth Kitchen of Forest; and his grandchildren, Danny Tyree, Wendy Ward, Justin Tucker, Shelby Peak, Hannah Peak, Sarah Peak and Trevor Peak. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
