She is survived by: her daughters, Genise Phillips, Samantha Payne, Quenstance Culpepper, Trica Culpepper and Lennora Culpepper; her siblings, Joseph Culpepper, Stella Culpepper and Ellner "Pat" Culpepper; her grandchildren, Arnold Culpepper, Zikkie Franklin, Zu'cord Payne, Tamia Payne, Tamria Payne, Da'Lijah Culpepper, Erion Marshall and Eric Marshall Jr.; her great grandchildren, Bradyn Banks, Zion Payne, Zi'elle Franklin and Nyomi Busby; her niece Keyonna Culpepper; her nephew Gregory Culpepper; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kiara Culpepper, Jasmine Rucker, Kanasia Napier, Desmond Rucker and Kevonte Napier; and her godson Devonte Morris of Lynchburg, VA. She is also survived by other loving relatives and dear friends.
