It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Monroe Lancaster Jr. (Lynchburg, Virginia), who passed away on February 28, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Lancaster and Madge "Odell" Lancaster; his brother Steve Lancaster; and his in-laws, Paul and Elizabeth Blankenship.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy A. Lancaster; his daughter April DeShano (Mark); his grandchildren, Darrin and Lexy DeShano; his great grandchild Melody DeShano; and his brother John Lancaster (Vickie).
A Celebration of his Life will be held on Sunday, March 3, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. at Living Water Ministries officiated by Pastor Mack Almond Jr. Those wishing to make memorial contributions in his name are asked to consider the 1727 Moose Family Center, 934 Waterlick Rd, Lynchburg, VA 24501.
