With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Randall Perkins of Lynchburg, Virginia, born in Covington, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 12, 2025 at the age of 53. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid James Randall farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For James Randall is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He is survived by: his children, Johnathan Perkins of Lynchburg, VA, Audrey Perkins of Dry Ridge, KY and Brooklyn Perkins of Williamstown, KY; his mother Sue Perkins; his grandfather Les Schroeder; and his siblings, Jennifer Sizemore, Kristy Schroeder and Christian Schroeder. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Instead of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made to the Lystra Church of Christ, 455 Mason Rd, Williamstown, KY or the Spears Foundation, P.O. Box 74.
