She was predeceased by: her spouse Willie Massie Bibb; her parents, Carroll William Padgett and Daisy Bell Tomlin Padgett; and her siblings, Lewis Padgett and Virginia "Toodle" Creasy.
She is survived by: her daughters, Angela D. Smith (Damien) of Evington and Vicky P. Kilbourn (Bill) of Lacey, Washington. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and many dear friends.
