It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Wayne Morcom of Lynchburg, Virginia, who passed away on October 6, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Diana Pickeral Morcom; and his parents, Francis Melvin Morcom and Frances Marks Morcom. He is survived by: his son Jeff Morcom (Trish); his grandchildren, Stephanie Hendricks (Brian) and Nicholas Darchiville (Rachael); his great grandchildren, Tripp, Vivian Hendricks, Addison and Juliana Darchiville; and his siblings, Donnie Morcom (Hilda) and Susan Brooks.
