She is survived by: her mother Theda Ghizzoni (Barnes); her brother Michael Ghizzoni; her daughters, Michelle Kulwicki, Allison Lewis and Kellie Miller; her husband Christopher Lewis; and her grandchildren, Lydia, Evelyn, Cassidy, Hayden and Madigan.
