With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joe Rice (Lynchburg, Virginia), who passed away on January 21, 2023 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Rice and Myrtle Rice; his sister Shelby Rice; and his granddaughter Scarlett Aldridge. He is survived by: his wife Katrina Tilley-Rice; his daughter Jillian Mudrie (Derek); his grandchildren, Aiden, Priscilla, Elliana, Isaac and Maddox; his daughter Jenelle Campbell; his grandchildren, Lucy and Liam; his son Nicholas Adam Hubbard (Savannah); his grandchild Harlynn; his daughter Cooper Strawderman; and his sister Rita Hartless (Mike).
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Joe to the Lynchburg Police Foundation (Lynchburgpolicefoundation.org), or The National Foundation for Transplants (transplants.org) would be greatly appreciated.
