He was predeceased by: his parents, John Martin, Jr. and Phyllis Martin. He is survived by: his children, Jaide Ferguson, Jaylin Martin, Messiah Martin and Jay'la Ferguson; his grandchildren, Leo Callands and Dae'ron Smith; and his sisters, Phyllis Fouche' and Sherry Logan.
