He was predeceased by: his parents, Antoine Daniel and Josephine Wilson; and his siblings, Matthew Wilson, Abel "Tony" Wilson, Angela Louis and Felicia Seally.

He is survived by: his children, Peter S. Wilson, Joe Josephus Wilson and Jovell Iralyn Wilson; his grandchildren, Peter S. A. (Wilson), Shanice Wilson and Jalean Wilson; his siblings, Henry "Roy" Wilson, Sidney Louis, Leon Louis, Christopher Malcolm, Lawrence Malcolm, Jeannette Grandino, Aurelia "Dora" Wilson, Mary "Saintilla" JnBaptiste, Mafilda Clara Griffith, Veronica Malcolm, Cajetana Malcolm and Lucillia Leon; and his nephew Titus Wilson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Tharp Funeral Home & Crematory-Lynchburg (220 Breezewood Dr, Lynchburg, VA 24502). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Cross Road Baptist Church (191 Cross Roads Ln, Evington, VA 24550).
