He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Ray Watts Sr. and Mary Louise Watts; and his sister Wanda McFarland. He is survived by: his brother Edward Ray Watts Jr.; his nieces, Jessica Watts, Isabella Watts and Renee Shelton; and his nephew Joshua Watts. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
