He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his children, Norma Dunn, Annabelle Montecino, Linda Chavarria, Lorenzo Montecino and Wes "Mitch" Segler; his children-in-law, Denise Montecino, Cheo Chavarria, Pete Hernandez and Randy Mendoza; and his daughter Sandy Mendoza.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Purple Heart Homes, Attn.
