He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Griffin and Lizzie Coleman; and his brother Richard L. Griffin. He is survived by: his children, James Griffin (Kimberly) and Michelle Young (Michael); and his brothers, Clyde J. Coleman (Cheryl), Danny R. Coleman (Cheryl) and Ricky W. Coleman. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
