In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Latoya leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Latoya may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She is survived by: her parents, Karen Denise Morton of Lynchburg and Gregory Lewis Harvey of Greensboro; her siblings, Lyvic Gilbert, Marques Gilbert of Lynchburg, Teneka Gilbert of Greensboro, Shakkia Turner, Kyah Harvey and Kamyah Harvey; her grandparents, Roger, Shirley Gilbert of Lynchburg, Randolph Bayes and Shirley Bayes; and her close friend Porshe Chambers of Concord. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
