He is survived by: his father Frank Scott; his friends, Ben Beverly Sr., Allen Parks Sr., Arnold Fleshman, Odell Gilmore, Almond Joplin, William Kidd and Elmore Wynn; his sons, Larry Scott (Angela) of Elon, VA, Lawrence Scott Jr. of Lithonia, GA and Darryl Scott of Harrisburg, PA; his grandchildren, Lawrence III, Gionna, Chanel, Shekia and Ciara; his great grandchildren, Jawan, Tristan, Easton, Monchello Jr. and Montea; and his cousin Mariah Brown. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
