He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Ralph Tolley and Margaret Tolley Thomas; and his brother James Ralph Tolley. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Michael Tolley, Dave, April Tolley, Thomas and Denise Tolley; his grandchildren, Erin Crawley (Greg), Zach Tolley, Chandler Tolley (Bri), Grayson Tolley, Gabe Tolley, Logan Tolley and Ryleigh Tolley; his great grandchildren, Kyndal and Paityn Crawley; his sisters, Ada Ashley (Buddy), Patricia Ann Weeks and Barbara Staton; and his pet Princess. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces & nephews.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the Alan B. Pearson Regional Cancer Center.
