She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel M. Hart and Bessie C. Hart; her husband Otis Steppe; her son Rick Kost; her grandson Bryan Kost; and her siblings, Lewey Hart, James Hart, John Hart, Velma Wade, Ruth Wills and Bertha Lane.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Kost, Tim Kost, Patricia Ring (Wayne), Susan Davis (Otto) and Carolyn Kost (Robert); and her brother Everette Hart. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
