Max Wayne Gasser Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Max Wayne Gasser of Lynchburg, Virginia, who passed away on May 8, 2026 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Gasser and Lottie Schunerman Gasser. He is survived by: his wife Judy Bell Gasser; his son Doug Gasser (Bonnie); his stepchildren, Edward Cash and Melessa King (Paul); his grandsons, Brock Gasser and Brandon Gasser (Rachelle); and his precious, Bichon Frisé and Jax. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren.
