He is survived by: his wife Rebekah Munsey Crutchfield of Lynchburg, VA; his children, Emryn Kouvr Crutchfield and Ezekiel Malik Crutchfield of Lynchburg, VA; his parents, Melvin Crutchfield and Colleen Crutchfield; his sister Mekaylah Monique Crutchfield; his grandparents, Alfred J., Annie Hardy of Chase City, VA, Edward and Mary Puryear of Chase City, VA; and his parents-in-law, DeAnna Phillips and Mark Munsey. He is also survived by one sister-in-law, two brothers-in-law.
