He was predeceased by: his parents, William Tyler Garbee and Lillie Belle Lawhorn Garbee. He is survived by: his spouse Adreana Riley Garbee of Lynchburg; his children, Phillip Earl Garbee, Laura G. Lin (David) of Forest and Mary G. Hines (David) of Roanoke; his grandchildren, Riley S. Fitzgerald (Brian), Miles T. Stevenson of Roanoke, Teresa G. Bonifas (Danny), Jarrett L. Garbee of Richmond, Patrick J. Lin of New Orleans and Robin L. Troutman (Ken) of Lynchburg; and his great grandchildren, Sydney E. Fitzgerald, Nathan P. Bonifas and Tyler J. Bonifas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
